Anti-Discrimination Policy
Anti-Discrimination Policy from Learning Center for Human Development, Inc.
The Board of Trustees of the Learning Center for Human Development, Inc., at its Annual Meeting held in January 10, 2004, ratified this
Anti-Discrimination Policy.
DISCRIMINATION-FREE ENVIRONMENT
It is the policy of the Learning Center for Human Development to maintain a learning environment that is free from harassment, bullying, and discrimination.
This includes, but is not limited to, harassment, bullying, and discrimination based on an individual's real or perceived race, color, sex, religion,
creed, political belief, age, national origin, linguistic and language differences, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, socioeconomic status,
height, weight, physical characteristics, marital status, parental status, or disability. The Trustees prohibit any and all forms of harassment because
of those differences.
It shall be a violation of this policy for any student, teacher, administrator, or other Center personnel to harass, bully, or discriminate against
any person based upon any of the differences listed above. It shall also be a violation of this policy for any teacher, administrator or other Center
personnel to tolerate such harassment, bullying or discrimination of any person by a student, teacher, administrator, other Center personnel, or by any
third parties subject to supervision and control of the Learning Center for Human Development, Inc.

The Learning Center for Human Development, Inc. believes in the dignity of all individuals and in the worth of their labors. To this end, the
Center will ensure that all applicants for employment and all employees are employed, assigned, supervised, promoted, compensated, and terminated in
full compliance with state and federal equal opportunity statutes. No applicant for employment or current employee will experience discrimination based
on race, creed, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, marital status, physical handicap, sexual orientation or disability. The policy does not
extend any rights beyond those granted by state and federal law.
Further, The Learning Center for Human Development, Inc. will ensure that all applicants for enrollment in any program, course or event sponsored
by The Learning Center for Human Development, Inc. will be considered and admitted without regard to race, creed, color, religion, national origin, sex,
age, marital status, physical handicap, sexual orientation or disability. This policy is intended to conform to and convey only those rights granted by
state and federal law.
